Time signal: GPS-time inserted
Result:      D 12h 25m 31.45s +/-0.07s
             R 12h 25m 41.85s +/-0.07s
Note: Observation made from 12h 09m 05s to 12h 34m 00s.
  Conditions: clear, stability: slight flickering, there was wind.
  The sky was quite clear and it was visible even when using
  30 frames/second.  However, to make the observation more confident,
  a 15 frames/second rate was used.
